I loved 4 nights in this property. I had a really really nice experience here, everything was really good, the location was particularly good close to private pebble beach area and incredible views and centre of Kotor and a private "beach ". My room included TV with satellite channels, climate control, and a refrigerator...

We had a wonderful stay at this charming seaside accommodation. The location was perfect, with fine views and a private seating area by the sea. The warm welcome we received made us feel right at home. The air conditioning kept us comfortable on hot days, and having a small kitchen and fridge was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are affordable, but the hotel doesn't skimp on the basic amenities. The location is perfect- right by the water with a perfect view from the balcony. The staff is also very welcoming and attentive.

The hotel boasts a serene waterfront location and is a short bike ride away from Kotor old town and Pirun i Ozica restaurant. the rooms are clean, fully equipped and offer stunning views of the bay. Enjoy the private beach area with sunbeds and tables, and make use of the free bikes to explore the area. the breakfast is equally delightful, and the staff is friendly and easygoing.

One minor complaint is that shower temperatures can be unpredictable at times.

Amazing view from the balcony, cozy rooms, and a private beach that allowed me to relax and sunbathe. The location was perfect for me as I wanted to be away from the crowds and enjoy some quiet time. The hotel staff was super friendly and helped me with everything from transportation to providing me with a bike which was very helpful.
